Following the recent announcements from the government about a national lockdown in November we would like to reassure our customers that we are remaining open. As always, you can order stock items online and our Customer Service Team are still available to answer your queries and take orders over the phone.
In the Vast Amount of Cases Delivery Times Are Unaffected
In most cases we are still able to deliver within the specified delivery times however we are monitoring the situation closely given the ongoing crisis. If in any doubt please contact our Customer Service Team. We do always advise not booking workmen until the goods have arrived and been checked by you.
Our London Showroom is Open
Due to the Covid-19 situation, customer and staff safety is our #1 priority so we no longer have staff travelling to our London Showroom for appointments but you can still visit and talk to one of our experts via a video call using your mobile. This gives you the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in, and learn more about the vast range of products on display whilst interacting with an ECLISSE specialist online.
Christmas & New Year Opening Dates
We do shut down during the period between Christmas and New Year, so please order stock items online or over the phone by 11am on the 23rd December for delivery on the 29th December. Any orders made after 11am on the 23rd December will be processed on the 4th January for delivery on or after 5th January.
