If you want to change your door or retrofit an accessory such as a soft close or BIAS soft-close anti-slam device you will need to remove the door from your Eclisse pocket door system. Download a copy of this guide here.

This step-by-step guide shows you how to remove a door from an Eclisse Classic Pocket Door system i.e. a pocket door system with architrave.

(1) Remove the top architrave: If attached with silicone use a spatula or cutting knife. If it is pin-nailed on be more careful not to damage it.

(2) Remove the wooden top jamb: If attached with silicone use a spatula or cutting knife. If it is pin-nailed on be more careful not to damage it.

(3) Extend door to almost closed and loosen both lock nuts: Slide the leading bracket gently out of the bolt. Carefully slide the door completely out of the pocket.Be careful not to damage the door guide positioned at floor level at the entrance of the pocket.
